5) The hours of use shall be between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday, 9am to 1pm on Saturdays, with no operation taking place on Sundays or Bank/Public Holidays. Reason - In the interests of the living conditions of occupiers of nearby properties.

6) The yurt shall not be used for residential purposes. Reason - A residential use has not been applied for or assessed against the development plan.
