Proposed Clamp Long Sections, dated August 2019; x. Proposed Plan, dated August 2019; xi. Proposed Shower Block, dated September 2019. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory development and to avoid any ambiguity as to what constitutes the permission.

Prior to Commencement 3) Full details of the surface water drainage system shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval prior to development being commenced. Any approved works shall be implemented prior to the development being completed and shall be maintained operational thereafter. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and environmental management. To support Local Transport Plan Policies: LD7, LD8.

Ongoing 4) The recommendations within the hereby approved document ‘Bat and Barn Owl Report, date stamped 6 November 2019’ shall be carried out in full at the times specified within the document. Reason: In the interests of wildlife, including endangered species.
