Reason - To ensure a satisfactory development and to avoid any ambiguity as to what constitutes the permission.

Ongoing conditions 3) The development hereby approved, shall be undertaken in strict accordance with the Design Statement and Flood Risk Assessment, received 03 August 2020, at all times. Reason - To ensure that the development does not result in any adverse impacts of flooding or flood risk to the site or any surrounding land.
