Reason: To ensure a satisfactory development and to avoid any ambiguity as to what constitutes the permission. Before the development is commenced 3. The development hereby approved shall be used wholly in conjunction with, and ancillary to, the use of Eden Lodge, Armathwaite, Carlisle, CA4 9SL as a single dwellinghouse. In particular it shall not be occupied, sold, disposed of or otherwise let as a separate dwelling.
