Proposed rear (west facing) elevation plan, titled rear elevation, received on 20th November 2020 In respect of the details relating to use of local natural grey slate tiles to the roof and off-white painted panels to the walls of the approved development, the permission relates solely to the application as amended by the letter(s) and/or plan(s) detailed within emailed received on 14th January 2021. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory development and to avoid any ambiguity as to what constitutes the permission. Before the development is commenced 3. The development hereby approved shall be used wholly in conjunction with, and ancillary to, the use of Eden Lodge, Armathwaite, Carlisle, CA4 9SL as a single dwellinghouse. In particular it shall not be occupied, sold, disposed of or otherwise let as a separate dwelling. Reason: An independent dwelling or separate use would be inappropriate in this location and to safeguard residential amenity.
