Ongoing 3. The garage and store/workshop hereby approved shall remain ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 3 Stockmans Cottage, Thiefside. It shall not be occupied at any time for commercial purposes. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in accordance with the permission being sought.
